Leveraging on her distinct managerial and leadership skills, she has demonstrated an astute resourcefulness in Risk Management, Water Engineering, ICT, World-class Security and Institutional Development.
In 2004, she registered Injaz Limited, an international IT consortium, in Nigeria. She has also successfully worked with private businesses and governments across the globe.
Buduka is passionate about promoting growth and institutional development of the Private Security Industry in Nigeria and is relentlessly advocating requisite reforms and strategic repositioning of the sector.
Driven by her unwavering commitment to contributing towards having a Private Security Industry with international best practices, she had convoked several assemblage of experts to have a convergence of opinion to expolore new vistas, frontiers and policy directions for the industry.
Having consulted for various high-profile Organisations, she incorporated EPSS Private Security Services Ltd in 2007 (A high profile Security Organisation) where she serves, at present as the Managing Director.
In recognition of her expertise, she was appointed to the board of Hamilton Technologies Limited (A drilling fluids company) as an Executive Director for four years.
In adhoc capacities, she has been the Welfare Officer of the Association of All Licensed Private Security Practitioners of Nigeria (ALPSPN), Rivers State Chapter from 2014 till date.
She is a member of ASIS International, IFPO, AISSON, ALPSPN, IFSEC Global, NIIS Fellow and different professional bodies in Nigeria.
Buduka is a faculty member at the BABCOCK UNIVERSITY, teaching MBA IN SECURITY MANAGEMENT ( Management of Private Security Company) since 2021.
She obtained her first degree from the University of Greenwich, England in B.Eng (Hons) Electrical and Electronics Engineering as well as her M.Sc. in Computing and Information Systems from the same University.
She is a Certified Protection Officer (CPO)- an IFPO certification and was awarded for her outstanding performance.
She was part of the organizers in “Women in security 2021” ASIS International 206 which was huge success (25th November 2021)
